Warranty is valid in the USA only.īimini Bay Outfitters, Ltd.® warrants your Maxel® reel to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. So the above limitation and / or exclusion may not apply to you. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, and some states do not allow the exclusion of consequential or special damages. In no event shall Bimini Bay Outfitters LTD.® be liable for consequential or special damages for breach of this warranty or any other warranty, which may be implied by law. All warranties, which may be implied by operation of law, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and warranties of fitness for any particular purpose, shall be limited to one (1) year from the date of purchase. If, however, we determine after inspection that the repair is not covered by the provisions of this warranty, the rod will be repaired or replaced at a reasonable charge for labor and parts. If your rod has a defect within the terms of the warranty, return it to us insured along with $25.00 payment for handling and return shipping charges and we will repair or replace your rod, at our option, without further cost.
